Services are provided to students, scholars, recipients of scholarships, graduate students, researchers, academics and technical staff.

Supply and access to the Library will vary depending on the user and their individual needs.
Reference and bibliographic service
The Library assists readers in searching and retrieving items from the online catalogue, in OPACs of other Italian and foreign libraries and in many online databases.
Similarly, the Library assists readers on site at the library, distance students and teachers.
The Library identifies and selects appropriate and authoritative sources, directs readers to the best use of digital and non-digital resources that supports readers in consulting bibliographies and national and international indexes.

Reference services are aimed at both bibliographic non-technical users, for research thesis, for PhD students, researchers and teachers.
The Library will process specific and detailed requests, and replies via e-mail within 3 business days.
Inter-Library Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery
The Inter-Library Loan and Document Delivery service assists users to obtain books, academic journals articles or parts of books the Library doesn’t hold.
This service is available for users of the University, ex-alumni, libraries, cultural and outside research institutions.
On request, staff locate resources of other libraries and external online databases; then request, receive, and make these items available to users. Readers are responsible for there care and will be personally responsible for any damage.
Users are liable for any shipment costs and other libraries or databases fees, where applicable.
The Library will advise readers of any associated costs.
The refund request must be completed before Inter-Library ordering can occur.
The Library will notify of possible costs within 2 business days.
Delivery times are dependent on other libraries.
Staff will advise users when the requested items become available and can be collected from the distribution desk.
